Does this look trimmed?

The card is from the 1950's, the front doesn't reveal anything from the scan, but does that left edge look trimmed or does it look like wear?

Looks like it dips in on the left edge in the middle.
Right edge looks crappy too. Is this a hand cut job?
Looks like scissors went thru it.

The left side looks to be trimmed the right side is hard to say.
