1921-D Morgan with gouge through ONE

This looked like post-mint damage through the O of ONE. When I looked at it under the microscope, I noticed the line from the O to the N is raised. The center of the O is cracked. Has cracks to the left of the O as well. Now I'm thinking the planchet was damaged before minting? The same crack goes from the star, through the O, and over the N. It has triple stars on obverse and reverse. Letters on obverse are doubled, but it looks like machine doubling.

But the 21d is favorite lotza die cracks and such.
