Almost every roll this seller sells in a paper wrapper is listed as "bank wrapped"...
As long as buyers keep buying and leaving positive feedback for these rolls, nothing will change.
Also, with the amount of "lost coins" from negative feedback left, I'm not buying from him.

If you took 40 quarters or what ever denomination into a bank and asked the teller to wrap them for you could you not then claim they were
