Question: Slabbing auto'd index cards/postcards

A question for those who buy and have index cards/postcards slabbed:
I checked the PSA/DNA site for autograph authentication fees. I see that the 2 players I'd like to have authenticated are $75 each on their fee schedule. I also see that PSA has a $20 special where they will authenticate an auto and grade the card it's on. Is there a way to submit the index or postcard under this service?
Any pointers would be most appreciated.
