Has anyone else got a Phone Call from Ebay???

I just got off the phone with someone from Ebay, They called me! It was to explain the recent price changes and to
make sure I understood them. I mentioned CU Boards to them and said I had understood it based on discussions on
here. They're sending me a back up email to further get the point accross that the main changes effect stores.
Just was wondering if anyone else got a call.

I got a thing in my email about a survey but I haven't looked yet at it.

they are really pushing the envelope in trying to bump up their customer service, real person contact, refunds for store owners, etc., lowering listing prices - because of the recent drop of their stock. They p. a lot of folks off when they raised their store prices. They are now trying to make up for it. Better late than never.

Damage control. The beauty of the modern communication age and the speed at which information spreads is that they need only make these calls to a very tiny percentage of their users in order to build the perception that they "care".
