a turn around time? 35 Day gurantee or anything like that. I ain't complaining but hey at this point I am hoping some free grades come my way! Once I get close to the deadline they can hold them til Christmas if there is a gurantee. I remember emailing to ask if ther was an issue and was quoted the usual we have xxx amount of days which I didn't ask for.

James, I am in the same boat as you. I have had an order checked in since January 4, 2005. I have called a couple of times and was told they have 35 days to grade the cards. I am so close to 35 I would prefer they just hold onto the cards longer.

12/28 for me 30 days by my count. I thought it was 35 BUS days at this point PSA can keep til whenever.I marked the package grading special followed all the rules!

When you print out your submission form and read all the fine print, PSA states the turnaround guarantee does NOT apply to grading specials. Even if this was not the case, since they have an UNLIMITED time to actually "enter it in the computer" from the time they receive the card (using return receipt you know EXACTLY when they actually get the card delivered to them) the turnaround guarantee is pointless anyway.
