PCGS Customer Service

I have, in the past, suffered tremendous frustration in trying to deal with the customer service people at PCGS. I’d just like to mention that recently I was introduced (via email) to a lady named Cassi East. She’s the customer service manager at PCGS. In my opinion she’s really a committed “customer service” person. She does what she says she’s going to do and seems to genuinely care about improving the customer service (or lack thereof) at PCGS. I think it’s a real step in the right direction. Thank you Cassi!
