I recently purchased a 1958-D mint set in one of those snap-lock after market holders. The holder has toned the nickel with some really cool colors -- colors I had not previously seen on MS nickels:
I had to tilt the coin about 40 degrees to get the color to show. Is that typical, or do I need to adjust my camera settings (I have a Nikon Coolpix 5400). Suggestions are welcome!!

If not, it's close. The upper steps in the 3rd quadrant appear weak. I'm not a FS expert, so I do not know for sure if it qualifies for FS or not.
