Dick Osburn - A class act

I finished my Morgan set last year and have upgraded about all that need to be upgraded. Or at least
the ones I can afford to upgrade. I have gotten interested in Bust halves and have bought several
from Dick Osburn recently. I bought one from him last month that I just didn't like so I returned it to him.
I received his check today. Not only did he refund the price of the coin, he also returned the postage both ways. I have never run into anyone that does this and was blown away. Truly a class gentleman.

Just because I'm old doesn't mean I don't love to look at a pretty bust.

He is my first "go to guy" when I am looking for coins to buy. His consignment and purchase services are very generous as well. If it's hard to find, he probably has it or will have it in the near future.

  • I picked up my 1872-CC quarter from him at the National ANA show in Baltimore
last year. First time I had ever had a dealer who had multiple options of that
date; it is rare to find a dealer who has just one of them!

I'd recommend him unequivocally. And unequivocally is a very big word.
  • Dick's a great guy.
He sent me an email a couple weeks ago saying he's getting out of everything except the bust and seated coins. He's selling off all his other stock at a discount.
For those of you that collect Indian Head Cents and such, this may be an oppurtunity to get a bargain.

  • Dick is the tops in my book ..... extremely honest and fair ....and a selection of seated material that blows you out of the water. I have a large number of seated dimes consigned with him at the moment, and he has exceeded my expectations. His website is www.dickosburn.com
    Go well.
