Every year they are the vanity pick, and every year, they let everyone down.

Defense still wins championships - for next year's "darkhorse" type teams, I'd look for teams with good defenses just waiting to click offensively. Washington and Jacksonville look to be in that area as well as possibly Arizona (weak division = playoff berth).
