joe - yes. The OPC cutting method in the 1970s never produced edges like that. The vast majority of the high-grade '60s and '70s OPC cards in BVG holders were precision-cut within the last year or so from uncut sheets that were recently sold (many in Mastro auctions). As has been discussed on a number of the hockey threads, the way to recognize these (besides the unnatural sharpness of the edges and centering) is that the surface grade is normally the lowest grade of the group by a half to a whole grade. There are some of these cards in PSA holders too, but PSA has done a better job of catching and rejecting them for Evidence of Trimming, so most are in BVG holders.
