No.

I think they're hoping a (rather generous) "Rainbow" designation will send the toning-mania folks into a tizzy and encourage them to pay 15x what the coin is otherwise worth.

I don't know what your missing on that dime. But somebody is out there in orbit or something. It says right above it that they are selling for about forty dollars.
Won't be adding that one to my date set. This one is at the MS68FB price.
