Yes, I am darksider also. I have started collecting German coins from 1600-1880.

Are you sure about that? looks like it's marked 5 grams.
I know their Peso was crown sized - this is stamped franc - perhaps it is french franc sized.

MY bad, they Franco is smaller than a crown. The 5 Franco is crown sized.
