Another guess the grade - Walking Liberty half

I guess this one's more of a what's your opinion thread since it isn't in plastic. This is one I found out of a lot of Walking Liberties -- I didn't see the mintmark the first time I saw it. What's your opinion on the grade? I'll make it a poll just for fun...

I'm in with G 4. Should have some feathers or skirt lines to get any higher.

I was tempted to call it G-4, but I was impressed by how strong the IGWT was on the obv. I went with G-6.

Well I've looked several times and still don't see the mint mark......G4 max.............Rick

i thought it had too much detail for a 4 so i went with vg8
i need to go look at what photograde shows for a 4-8.

4 because of the hand looking strong. Shouldn't the MM be on the reversenext to the cliff on the left?

A strong AG in my opinion.

1917 has two mintmark varieties, obverse and reverse. This one's on the obverse (the rarer variety).

As long as the rims are worn just down to the tops of the letters its G4, but if into them its AG-3. This one looks almost indentiacl to the G4 in the photograde guide.
