1956 Topps Ted Williams PSA 10??

Ebay Auction

Above is a link to the PSA 10 Topps Ted Williams card. Unbelievable! Granted, Im not the greatest expertise on grading cards but how come the card was graded a 10? On the bottom left hand side of the card seems to be some chipping along its edge? Anyways, just sharing some info!

    Not the prettiest 10 I have ever seen! And 30 grand!!
    I can buy a Lexus for that kind of money!

    It's not chipping, but a rough edge cut that are allowable on high grade cards. I don't remember seeing any on a 10, and the centering is not perfect, but it was graded early. It's a pretty sweet card, though.
