MrsSpud Strikes Again - Toned Cam Frankie???

Well, MrsSpud struck again at the Coin Shop. This time she took me with her though. She found 2 1954 proof sets in Capital Holders that contain what look like possible Cam Frankies. One is toned, the other is almost blast white with just a hint of peripheral blue. The set with the toned Frankie also has all the other coins toned and the quarter also looks like a possible Cam. Attached are pictures of the Toned possible Cam Frankie. I had to take a couple of different pictures, some show the color better, some show the Cam better. Any ideas on what this coin would grade? Oh, we also stopped by the Flea Market where I made a couple of nice finds (finally). If I get a chance I'll take a couple of pics of my Flea Market finds later. Thanks for looking.

I'm not convinced that the 54 would make cam at pcgs or ngc, but the toning alone makes it a keeper!
