I dont know Lincolns all that well, but I do know enough to say thats a tough coin in red. Dont think I have seen one in person, at least not locally.

Whoa! Holy Cow. That's pretty nice and really full red. If you don't mind me asking, where did you get it and for how much? I had to pay $2900 to Ira for mine to get a really full red one...

$1050.23 was the hammer including shipping....ebay!

previous owner said that she believes that its closer to red/brown than red...

as it wasn't "bright red"

Well, certainly looks well red enough for the price! If it more on the rb side though you should make pcgs pay for it. I'm sick of pcgs being so ridiculously strict these days when there are so many overgraded coins out there.
