Proof Buffalo minor rotated die question please...

I have a nice rainbow PCGS PF-66 1937 Buffalo and I just noticed it has a minor (5-10%) rotated die error...does that help, hurt or not affect the value?

    TONS of Buffalo Nickels have rotated dies, unless its a huge % I doubt it would help the value. With such a small amount it probably doesn't even change the value.
