Grade opinions on a raw circulated 1942/1 Merc 10c

The obverse has a piece of lint left of the 6 Oclock position. I know this coin needs a dip in acetone. What do you grade it?

Something funny about the color, and surfaces. But just a grade, Id say Vf-25(not figuring net)

I say a solid VF20. I had a certified PCGS 1916-d F12 and this coin is much nicer than the one i had.

I know....it does have an odd look to the surfaces in the picture, but in hand it looks OK. I think the picture is slightly out of focus.

The design elements appear soft, like perhaps it's been lightly buffed once in the past.

Otherwise it's a f/vf coin.
