Need help identifying 1/4 Real

When I saw this at a distance I thought it was a Panamanian Pill, but not so. I have no idea where it was minted, but I'm guessing South America. Any help will be appreciated.

Guatemala, KM162, .903 silver/.0220 oz. 2nd Edition Krause says 989,000 minted, catalogs $0.50 in F / $0.75 VF / $1.50 XF / $2.25 UNC.
Absurdly undervalued, if you ask me (at least the UNC price). Granted, there ain't a lot of silver there, but it's a cool little teeny thing. I'd be a buyer at full Krause.

(And I got the "Guatepeor" joke.)
