Why no "Peg Leg" for Ikes?

I was wondering why PCGS does not attribute a "peg leg" designation to Eisenhower dollars. I think it would be a good idea for those of us that collect Ikes in variety. Also, if PCGS ever did decide to attribute a "peg leg" designation, would there be a new registry created for this kind of collecting? Thanks.
