How much does the bubble affect on the sun have on the grading of these coins? Is this considered a blemish or is it acceptable for a graded 69 to have this? From what I have heard from others on this forum a majority of the SAE's have this problem.

and a raw one which did.

The "bubble" is a feature in the die and should have no effect on the grading. I'm sure it is not considered a blemish.
