Home Buy, Sell, & Trade - U.S. Coins

Thanks!

I wrote it up and listed it while watching The Apprentice. I had it ending during the Super Bowl at firstimage but I fixed that! My write up looks good but the picture I used shows 5 sets.
Is it clear to you that I'm selling 1 set, or should I revise it adding... "You are bidding on 1 set"?

Auction link.

Thanks for your help.
Glenn

    SPAM!
    But I bit...currently highest bidder!image

Can't you just add to the listing that this auction is for only 1 set?

Personally I HATE it when the picture does not represent exactly what is being sold.
People might think you are selling all 4 sets, why chance the possibilty of getting a buyer p!ssed?

I posted this over here to avoid that word!image
    Thanks for the bid though!
I guess I'll go ahead and revise it again.

    Thanks

  • Could be confusing. I would just add a revised line. It will be placed below the discription. I see it all the time and it will cover you in case of confusion.
  • I guess better safe than sorry so I added this.

On Feb-04-05 at 11:24:32 PST, seller added the following information:

This auction is for (1) one, 2004 Westward Journey Nickel Series Coin and Medal Set.

    Thanks

Goog idea to add the footnote. Like one of the others said it's a good idea to have the picture of only what your selling, unless your running a Dutch Auction.

I'm the Proud recipient of a genuine "you suck" award dated 1/24/05. I was accepted into the "Circle of Trust" on 3/9/09.
  • Better Yet, if you could replace the picture with a picture that has only one set in it, there would be no confusion, period.
