  • There is a limit. I thought it was $1000 but it could be $500.
I dont believe there is any issue with stating you'll accept paypal with your address. I'd probably leave the address out and use ebay checkout and include it there.

  • Use a savings or checking bank account with paypal and byebye limits.....it's worth it.

It is indeed $500 a month limit for accepting under personal account.
You can put that you accept PP in your item description but you
CANNOT put the logo or Paypal advertisment in the payment accepted area. Why? Because it shows the credit logos ie visa, MC, American Express, etc. If you do add them down on the bottom by mistake, Ebay will/can pull the auction and you will get the same excuse I just wrote.
  • Guys,

Thanks for the replys. Its alot easier hearing it here then reading all the jargon let alone trying to find what to read.

    Thanks, Matt
  • why didn't you open another account for personal account?

Someone from this board referred me to the ebay boards and got this logo. Here's the logo you can insert in your auction description's html: line which states ...auction/business=9999999999999 (change this 9s to you special paypal code -- log to your paypal account and click on the merchant referral and paypal will give you your unique 13 character alpanumeric code -- replace the 9s, copy and paste your unique code)

note paypal logos (the PP or PP w/check) will not appear beside the title list on ebay's page (unless that paypal box with CC logo is check). I just tried mine this didn't change to the "pay now" orange logo but when I click the logo, it goes to your ended auctions /info invoice w/ paypal login without the credit card logo appearing on the invoice. So it works. Don't forget to change those 9s if you want to use this .

copy and paste html (change the 9s to your unique code)

Looks like html is messed up. Looks OK on the preview but actual looks broken. I'll look for the site on ebay boards if I can.

There you go it's ok now. I just have to quote it so everthing appears correctly.
