Found someone on eBay that stole my picture. :-)

I was browsing this morning and noticed a familiar looking picture. Then I pulled up my recent auction and BINGO! It was my picture. I emailed them to ask them to remove it, but I doubt they will.

Take a look. image Anyone want to play with them?

You should have already contacted eBay's fraud investigation team.

I just found it. I tried finding the correct "subject" to email eBay, but could not find it. Do you have a link?

With all the pic theivery going on these days, perhaps it's time people start watermarking all their auction photos.

I see your coins sold. Wonder if that is the buyer trying to re-sell what they just brought from you?
Who is General Failure, and why is he reading my hard drive?

No. Two totally different locations and they did not have the coins yet. I just mailed them out yesterday as the buyer's request. She asked me to hang onto them because she was going out of town for a few days or something like that.
  • I reported him too---hope it is not too late

Is it against Ebay's policy to also contact the bidder and let him know of the fraudulent pic?
    Prost!

Why step over the dollar to get to the cent? Because it's a 55DDO.

Hmm, the plot thickens. The guy has pretty decent feedback, let's hope he just can't take a coin pic to save his life and decided to steal yours to sell an item he has. Of course, whatever the reason he's slime for doing it. I just can't imagine a guy trying fraud for a $125 item when he's taken the time to build a little bit of feedback. Did you notice in his feedback that the last several item he sold were all SBA's. All using the exact same pic that he probably didn't take. But the people got their coins and were happy.

I don't think he's trying to scam people,... he's just a lazy ass picture thief!
