Has anyone found a pre 1970 proof set or and SMS set in mint packaging with all 5 coins being cameo?

Just curious about the experiences of other proof and SMS set cherry pickers. Have any of you ever hit the jackpot and found an original set with all 5 coins being cam or dcam?

I lucked out once and found and bought a 1962 proof set that have 4 out of 5 coins being two sided cameos. However, at the time I did not think about keeping the set intact and cut it open to get the half. I now regret cutting the set open.

I found a real nice 70 proof set that I think are all cameos/deep cameos. Given the recent standards of the top two grading services that may be in doubt now.

    All in one set, NO!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

May as well lock this thread, because that's a definitive response you can take to the bank, given the way these guys corner the choice modern proof sets.

Very few proof sets and no SMS's. You can find three gems in an SMS but for some reason
    that's about the best.

I found this set intact a few years ago. It's the nicest single set I've found.

Don, that is a great SMS set. Every coin except the dime looks cameo. When and where did you find it?

I actually bought it in a lot from a dealer friend. All coins but the dime DID cam. image Good eye.

Don, thanks. My curiosity compels me to ask what grades did the 4 CAM coins recieve?

My guesses (assuming the reverses look like the obverses and further assuming that there are no hairlines or significant marks [none apparent in your pictures]) are:

    Cent - 65CAM

    Nickel - 66CAM

    Quarter - 67CAM

    Half - 66 CAM.

How did I do? (If the grades are lower across the board but with the same ranking [quarter the best, followed by the nickel & half, with the cent bringing up the rear] do I still get brownie points?)

The cent went 4, the Jeff 6, the Washington 6 (but I had it pencil'd in at 7), and the half went 7. Not a bad bunch. Pretty good from a poor pic. image

Don, I was close, but no cigar. From the picture of the quarter I can not get "67" out of my head.

Oddly, the only SMS set I have come across with more than one CAM was a 1965 -- the nickel and half both went 66 CAM.
