Submitting Autographed 3x5 Index Cards to PSA/DNA Question

For anyone that has submitted autographed 3 x 5 index cards to PSA/DNA for authentication, what does PSA/DNA like to have the index cards submitted in? Honestly, I haven't tried sliding one into a Card Saver II so don't know if it'll fit....

if you sumit to PSA for grading and authentication it is just $20 bucks! or you can submit it to PSA/DNA and NOT have it slabbed, and it would cost you from $20 up to $150!

    For the record -

CS I - the card savers we're all used to

    CS II - smaller - tobacco/mini cards

CS III - tall boys (I think??????)

CS IV - HUGE - MSA discs, Donruss Action All Stars, 3 x 5's etc.
