Looks like there might be some dots by the name as well. It might meet the characteristics for a 9, but cards with such thin borders like that can't hide any sort of skewing at all. If I were in the market for a 9, I would hold out for a better copy. Remember what they always say about buying the card not the blah blah blah.
Maybe the seller can change his name to 3 sharp corners and almost centered for this auction. Pure horse sh***t for that grade.Cant really use the great eye appeal excuse on this one.I would rather have a nicely centered 3 sharp cornered undergraded 8 from a small time submitter.I love and support Psa but they clearly missed on this notoriously tough to find in Psa 9 Rose issue.Oh well
possibly the 3rd hardest star card from 76 to find centered without any print problems. 1. brett 2. winfield 3. rose 4. grove 5. aaron i don't think anybody that is building a nice high grade set/rose collection gave it a second look?good luck finding one, countless hours and dollars and when you do you can get about 500 for troubles.
The Brett is a lot tougher in that grade than the Rose, but the Rose is still an elusive 9. You would think given that, there would be no sliders given to borderline cards. We are basing a lot off of just a scan, but it looks like if that card was submitted again, no way it comes back a 9.
