  • Thanks for the link but the only problem is that ebay won't do anything unless the original owner of the auction title, description, or pictures makes the report.

    I've sent multiple reports on this type of thing and always get the standard reply from ebay.

    I can understand ebays stance on this. If i sold a coin to someone, and they decided to turn around and sell it and asked me if they could use the original auction photos, I probably wouldn't have a problem with it.

    DUH

    There stance always puts them at arms length




    Ebay could/should at the very minimum contact the seller and ask if they have permission to use the pics and contact the origimal poster of the pics asking the same when it is brought to their attention.
