Plenty of tics to leave this far from a 65. Esp on the reverse. Don't think I'd call it PQ for a 64. Scans need to be a touch better to see the luster.

scans are very hard to grade. The coin looks fanastic. From the pictures, the reverse looks to have to-die-for luster. The obverse looks like it could have been polished. I am not trying to be mean; again, I'm only going on two pictures.

Very nice "bright" coin! By only using the scans, I'd rank it closer to the 65 end.
