Was this card in a PSA holder that had been opened and resealed, or in a holder that had been first sealed by WIWAG?

Basketball player from my alma mater, Ball State University. Gained popularity playing with the Portland Trailblazers a few years ago.

LOL bonzi wells!! i was wondering the same thing as to why he was a big graded card? he was a below avg player.

It was from the 1998-99 SP Authentic set, back when those cards were going for big $ graded. Just about anyone could get $100 for any scrub if they were a PSA 10.
