Does anyone have any comments or suggestions about this Acces form I created for my inventory?
Thanks,

<< <i>I use Coin Organizer Deluxe. It's cheap. Oh, duh you are probably trying to create your own. >>
I spent $30 on "My Collection Explorer" and decided it was more of a pain than anything so I decided to create my own with Access. I spent about a week on designing this database.

That's a great idea. I use Excel spreadsheets for this, but a queryable database would be better.
I can host a larger image for you if you like.

I haven't tried messing with images yet, I'm still contemplating that part. As soon as I'm done with it I'll probably offer it to anyone that wants it.

One thing you might want to consider is to break out the "RB and PCGS Value" elements and place them into another table. You would lookup the Coin/Mint/Grade and get a hit on the value table. This way you can update your coin value table without having to go into the each coin detail.
Good point on the values. I think I'll do as suggested and create a separate value table that RB & PCGS value look at. I still need to learn the filtering but I'll figure it out.
