Can someone show me an INDIAN HEAD that has had the NCS "treatment?" I have a big, ugly s

...to see what the results might be. I have done a search for the recent threads on the matter and I have seen some tokens and other coins ncs has worked on. I would love to see an example of a "rd" indian that has had work done. I have one coin with a large dark splotch on he reverse. (NGC ms-65 red.) Do they spot remove or will they "restore" the whole coin? How blue might it turn?

Might be best to first send it in for a grade guarantee... if it's a really big spot, it might not have been there when graded...

    Grade guarantee is automatic now.

They may or may not do anything to the coin.

You'll have to send the coin to them for a review and then they'll decide if they can help or not.

I recently sent a copper/nickel cent in, with a touch of verdigris along the rim. They wouldn't touch it. I was bewildered, to be honest.

Did the job myself without a problem. It was an expensive coin, so I was trying to avoid messing with the coin.

    Oh well.
