what kind of card makes sense to be graded?

hi, i m new on this board. i heared about PSA GRADING and searched for it in the net. then i found PSA, but now i have got a big question, when you hold some very nice cards in your hand. and you should grade them, then we would tend to give them 9 and 10, but what will PSA will say to these cards. how can you find out ok this cards must be graded with a 8 and thisone would be graded with a 4. are there any instructions from PSA how they grade their (ours) cards?

Just send them in, sometimes a mint card, that you think is mint, really isn't. I'd wait for a grading special before I decide to send something in.

so there is nowere described in what kind of grading PSA works over a card? like corners grade 8, surface grade 7, glare grade 8? and so on there must be something like this description but i cant find it on the PSA site ,maybe my english to bad to understand all they write.
