PSA Holdered Kellogg's cards

Has anyone else noticed this on any of PSA graded Kellogg's cards? On several of mine, where the mylar sleeve touches the plastic case on the inside, there is an appearance of residue, bubbles....or something. It gives the impression that there is wear on the outside of the holder. This is the case on about 1/3 of all the Kellogg's cards I own...both those self-submitted and purchased on the secondary market.

It really takes away from the eye appeal, but I suppose there's consolation in that none of my cards appear to be cracking inside the case. I don't know if this is the result of two different plastics chemically "not playing nice with each other" or if it's just trapped air bubbles. Anyone else seen the same thing or have an explanation?

Thanks,

Todd
