It's really a 1900-O...

1904-O dime auction?

Ya gotta admit, putting a non-existent date in auction title is one way to get ebay coin shoppers to take a look.

Probably not mint state. A strictly uncirculated, "unmessed with" 1900-O dime, is very hard to find and there is no good reason why a seller who has such should discount the price, especially on ebay. Strictly uncirculated 1900-O dime with some eye appeal is easily a $600 coin at today's prices.
