Who has the best raw set? I guess it could be either a classic or modern set. The prize could be that pcgs grades your set! Maybe it would bring some really nice unknown sets out of the woodwork, and give pcgs some publicity for grading one (or some) of them. Maybe the winner would also choose to put his set in the registry.

But how are we going to tell who has the best set if we don't grade the coins first?
