Best Place(s) To Find Raw Vintage Baseball

Hey guys,

Where do you all think are some good places to find raw vintage baseball cards (such as 1950's to 1970's) that are in quality condition?
Any references are appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Christian

    Hi Christian
The Pologrounds is a well respected SCD advertiser for years. Although they tend to slightly overgrade (and who doesn't), you can trust that the card will authentic IMO.

    Check Dead Grandpa's Attic (www.deadgrandpasattic.com)

    or

That Old Shoebox in the Closet (www.thatoldshoeboxinthecloset.com).

Those two have always worked well for me.
  • I've had really good experiences with card_collectors_corner on Ebay. His cards are described exactly as they come and he has a no questions asked return policy.
  • No 38 goudeys on any of them, one guy only has 2 cards pre 48. Any other help out there? How bout pre 48 stuff? drying up?

wvshoeboxcards.com has tons of vintage. prices are a bit high at times, but the selection is there. more graded than not, but lots of stuff to look at atleast.

707sportscards is essentially all graded and fullllllll priced.

    list more vintage dealers please!!

  • Something funny...

Mudflap, I actually thought those were really sites, I entered them in and found nothing...I guess my "newbieness" is evident.

But nonetheless, a very amusing joke. I guess I might be a little gullible, but it was still funny!
