Lawsuit Question- Wigwa???

I am sorry for not knowing more about this but is the lawsuit just about this wigwa deal? Or were there other problems with PSA grades? Why doesn't Joe Orlando have his attorney write some sort of letter summarizing the settlement? As an attorney, myself, I see this as a reasonable request.
