What percentage of purchase transactions I engage in should I expect receive feedback from?

You have every right to expect feedback on 100% of your ebay transactions. Though as we say in South, wantin' ain't gittin'. I receive fb from 99% of my sellers and about 80% of my buyers. Hope this helps.

It seems to me like feedback is received 80% or so of the time. Some people never leave feedback, no matter what you do. As a buyer, you should receive feedback when you pay, but many sellers wait until you leave feedback for them to leave it for you.
