how would PSA grade this card?

would it have the hand-cut designation?

    I don't know about the 'hand-cut designation' but it will most likely grade a point higher. I've found SGC to be very consistent however tougher than PSA.

    from my limited experience crossing over SGC to PSA, i have found them to be very tough on the lower grades 1-5 but average or maybe even easy on the higher grades.

    anyone else know if this card would cross with or with out the "hand cut" designation?
