What will it grade? 1971-72 OPC checklist #111

Hello,
Was thinking of grading this scarce checklist from the 1971-72 OPC hockey set. I was planning on sending it in with my
10 free grades from joining PSA. What do you think it will grade?

There is a small corner ding in the left lower corner, with a wrinkle in the surface corresponding to the ding.

Looks like an 8 but with your added discription I would give it a 6
