i have seen plenty of PSA 8s (no qualifiers) with centering similar and even worse than that card. i do not think the centering is that bad.

WinPitcher ...................I think the card is centered enough to warrant a straight Psa 8 , but yeah , you're right , is that extra .5 worth $600.00 above the SMR PRICE OF $500.00 for a psa 8........no way !!!!!!.................Robbie

Maybe this was a PSA 8 in a past life, and it might slide by without the OC, but the eye appeal isn't worth anywhere near the asking price. Fishing, probably...

I haven't seen this Ebay format yet. It appears as though his auction can silicit official Ebay "offers" and he can select the best one. $1100 is simply a ceiling that he knows will not be reached.
