Vintage team baseball pins. ID?

I've had these for a long time, and after reading helionauts post, I became curious if anyone knew who made them and when. They may be to generic to classify. Anyhow, I've always liked them...

    Hi Dh
To the best of my knowledge these are generic pin backs that were sold at the Stadium for like a quarter.
I have never found a designation. I have some from the 60's which are less than an inch. And these, from the 50's - like yours - are over 1.5". I also have some from the early 50's which are less than an inch and not of the quality of yours - heres some like yours - Dodgers e.g. and the smaller poor quality Senators pin from the mid50's. Dating the pin would be related to the fact that the team was called the Nationals up to about 1956.

It's hard to put a price on these pins. I was at a show where the guy wanted 50 bucks for the Dodger pin. I paid a guy at the same show 6 bucks for the KC pin back in 1993. I bought the Dodger pin from a guy off SCD back around 1992 for 10 bucks.

    Your welcome Don
And those are some really nice looking pins you have! Just wish I could find a list somewhere. These are the unsung heroes of the collecting game IMO.
