Anyone having problems with the PayPal buyer protection not showing on your auctions?

Mine isn't showing up for some reason.
I called PayPal & they said everything was fine and it should be showing, "its a problem with eBay" they told me to contact eBay.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Does eBay have a toll free number?

Showing fine in my lower value auctions. In the higher value auctions the financing pitch appears.
