Looking foward to FEB grading special!!!

Any thoughts on what they might offer next month? I'd rather go cheap and wait longer than $15 and 5 days- but I do read post about some long waits.
Also, maybe someone has dealt with this before and can pass on alittle info. I am getting a submission together and some of the amounts dont meet bulk miniums. I have about 40 modern and 70 vintage, not counting around 20+ stars. My question is can I just call them and get a price quote, or is that not worthy. OR Try submitting through a dealer??? never done it only heard alittle about it. ANY THOUGHTS OR IDEAS WOULD BE HELPFUL.

right now it is $12 for 5 days.
