Ever wonder if any of your coins were once in a lower grade holder?

I have recently wondered what percentage of coins made the virtual highest grade in their series on the first attempt. For example what % of 1880-S Morgans were graded MS68 on their first attempt, what % of 1928 Saints were graded 67 on their's and so on. Obviously for each series this % will vary and nobody can determine the exact number within each series but certainly there must be a fair share of 68 Morgans that were once 67's and a fair share of 67 Saints that were once 66's.

I was just curious as to what some of you think this % is at the HIGHEST VIRTUAL GRADE of your favorite series.

I personally have never lost a lot of sleep over the issue.
