8 TF VAM help Lots of Photos

I received Mike Fey's 8 TF attribution guide today and the 4th edition of the VAM book. Great little attribution guide, highly recommend it.
I've used the guide to attribute a couple of my coins I had not been able to classify. Found a VAM 14 and 14.2. I am having real trouble with this coin; I can not find mention of the obverse features. I have classified the reverse as A1F which would suggest a VAM 11, 12, 16 or 17. The VAM 11 does not exist and this obverse does not match the descriptions for 12, 16 or 17.
Significant features:
Tripled stars on the right
Doubled 7 on top serif
Shifted BER of LIBERTY left and up; remain letters have no shift or doubling
Broken serif in R of PLURIBIS
Doubled motto
Interesting die crack running from the star #1, left to the 1 of the date.

I use a scope from Omano. The website is microscope-store.com. I take the photos through one of the two eyepieces and am quite satisfied; I use an inexpensive Cannon Powershot.
