Dont you ? Will this 1999 Topps grade a 10? Please dont burry your head in the sand will this grade out a 10?

It's a crapshoot, to me it looks too O/C top to bottom. You can never take a 10 for granted, there are no guarantees. This begs for the question: why even bother to grade this?

When I whine about grades, what I'm worried about grade-wise would involve willful and gross wrongdoing. It's whether a grader wrongly ignores what attentive good work itself would always get.
Whether it's worth a grumble....?

I'd give the card a 10.
