Do You Ever Look At/Evaluate Your Coins With Reveal Light Bulbs?

I see many tips on taking pictures that the reveal bulbs do a good job and help show the color real nicely.
When I receive a coin it usually is a matter of a few seconds/minutes and I can tell if it's a keeper.
But for a while now I wait till it's dark and I can sit in "The Chair" with my 100 watt bulb. Mainly so I can really
give the piece the evil eye before making a final buying decision. I recently picked up some 100 watt Reveal bulbs
and tried it out. I believe I can see the difference and it does indeed seem to bring out the natural color better.
Does anybody do the same? This was just an experiment as I was curious of the effect. I'm not into halogen or any of the other
lights as I'm used to a regular light and don't want to change what works for me. Any input appreciated.
BTW, so if you send me a coin these days.... it will be night time before I make a decision, as it has been for quite some time.

Sometimes it takes us old dinosaurs a while to to try something. I do like the effect they give.
<< <i>I have learned to grade under the same lamps pcgs uses with the same bulbs. I am not going to try anything different. >>
Exactly what does PCGS use??
Most use 75 watt incandescent and a few use tensor lights.
<< <i>What do these cost and where can you buy them? >>
You can buy them at Kroger for about $2.50 to $4.00 for 4 bulbs.

I usually make the "keeper" decision with natural daylight under my kitchen skylight and study/enjoy under halogen at night.

I just tried this Reveal bulb recently and noticed it does bring out the red more than a regular bulb. But also
brings out the natural colors as well. Thanks for the replies folks!
<< <i>I used the Reveal bulbs for almost two years. Up until recently they were the best bulbs you could buy without paying a fortune. There is now a much better light on the market that does not give off the red tint:

Thanks for the heads up, Eric.
